Membership Reinstatement

If your membership expired and you were not a member in the previous year, complete the form below, or download the printable form and mail with payment to 47 Weavers Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522.

Membership dues are $45 per year plus a $15 reinstatement fee. The membership dues and reinstatement fee ($60) will be refunded if your membership is not reinstated.

General Information

The membership period is January 1 through December 31.
Membership cards must be worn and visible when using the Club facilities. Clear window lanyards are available at the clubhouse.
Membership cards can be picked up at the monthly Club meeting on the last Wednesday of Month at 7:00 PM held at 47 Weavers Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522.
