I, for myself, my heirs, successors and executors agree to release Fleetwood Fish and Game Association, Inc., its officers, trustees, members and volunteers from any and all liability and claims which may result or are in any association with my use of the facilities and property of Fleetwood Fish and Game Association, Inc.

I further agree and accept all the terms of this agreement, agree to follow all safety rules, and take responsibility for any minors or guests accompanying me.

I further agree this Waiver and Release of Liability shall remain in effect indefinitely.

As a guest of the stated Fleetwood Fish and Game Association member, I agree to read the posted range rules and agree to fully abide by them.
